Please Read thisWe do not have pipe parts that are shaped and finished to fit any pipe by size or model number. The stems we offer are unfinished and need to be fitted to each pipe on an individual basis by a pipe maker or pipe repairman with the knowledge, tools and equipment to do the job properly.

Lowe is a family business started by Abel and Gertrude and was lastly being run by their youngest son, Howard. Tim West, Inc. now owns J. H. Lowe Co. and now operates the J. H. Lowe business from Columbus, Ohio. Tim West has been a Briar Pipemaker and a Pipe Repairman since 1975.He made his first pipe in 1967.

Discount Gun Sales

Step 1: FFL Transfer Requirements
Transfers will only be accepted from other licensed FFL stores. Sending FFL parties are required to provide a copy of their current FFL license prior to releasing the firearm. This can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed.

Step 2: FFL Purchase & Transfer Process
For those who have purchased a firearm from another FFL, it is required the sending party encloses a copy of an invoice along with their FFL license. When the weapon arrives, you will need to complete all necessary FFL paperwork prior to pick-up.

Step 3: Mandatory Paperwork
In accordance with Washington State law, customers are required to pay a 9.8% tax to the state of Washington for the assessed market value of the firearm(s) in addition to any other charges listed on the invoice such as shipping or credit card fee.

For those you simply having a used weapon transferred through to us from another FFL, you are still required to generate an invoice to be enclosed along with their FFL. If this is not available, you may need to use our Market Value and (Non-FFL) services.

Firearms that do not include an invoice or bill of sale from the sending FFL will need to use our “Market Value Assessment” service. We will generate an invoice based on the average of three common market prices from other vendors. We will then base your total amount taxable on the determined market average.

  • Firearms shipped without a current FFL enclosed, there is an additional $25.00 fee
  • Firearms that are shipped from a private party (non-FFL) will be charged an additional $25.00 fee.


Step 4: The weapons shipped. Now what?

We receive several large shipments each day. We ask that you wait at least 48 hours from the date of delivery for any FFL transfer before attempting to pick it up. Please feel free to call when it arrives and if we can get to it sooner, we would be happy to assist you.

We ask that you be proactive in tracking the weapons delivery status. Please obtain a tracking number from shipping FFL and let us know when we should be expecting it.

Expect a longer processing time if the incoming item is missing paperwork (such as an invoice, FFL, etc).

Step 5: Pick-Up
When you come to the store, you will need to pay your transfer fee which is $100/serial number, or $200.00/serial if it is an NFA item.

From that point on point, the process will be similar process to if you purchased the weapon from us directly. All rules and regulations apply.

All new restaurants must have grease traps approved by the CCWS Engineering and Records Division. Completed exterior grease trap manifests must be sent to the CCWS Office of Environmental Compliance every three months, within fourteen days after the grease trap has been pumped.* Pumping and dumping occurs when a waste hauler dumps grease (or other wastes) into a manhole. This practice is illegal throughout the CCWS.

Each food establishment that has, or is required to install, an active interior recovery device must register it with the CCWS for the purpose of obtaining a discharge permit. Discharge permits are reviewed annually. Permits for establishments found to be in compliance with existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations will be renewed.

Permits are processed on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:30 am and 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm. Applicants are served on a first come, first serve basis.
